Refund policy

At Biosphere Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange an item. We’ve outlined our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from Biosphere Pakistan within 3 days of receiving your order if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The item is not marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@biosphere.pk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item along with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your desire to exchange in your initial communication. Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (via email at info@biosphere.pk). We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
